Works Great!

This is perfect for my sit-stand desk setup. Helps me stay active while I’m standing at my desk. I used to get lower back pain when standing motionless. This seems to have alleviated that.

WOW!

I really like this over other balance boards because no matter how you shift your weight or move your feet, you're always stable. Other balance boards you constantly have to fight a bit to stay level so I've found I can stay on the Gymba a lot longer and get the positive effects of activating muscles while standing without feeling like I need to keep the board balanced. Love it!

It's good!

I actually like it! I wasn't sure it would be worth the price, but it's certainly a game changer. I love being able to do the walking/stepping motion allowed by the slight bending of the board. The board feels firm and strong (I was worried that the bending would mean that the board is not very strong, but that doesn't seem to be the case).
