Appreciate this tool that allows me to take a dynamic standing position while I work at my desk with constant or occasional movement and stretching. Excellent value for the money.

I’ve been using the gymba primarily at my standing desk for 2 weeks. So far it does everything it says it does. It’s a gentle movement but I can still feel it in my leg muscles, especially near the foot. It helps my legs and feet feel ready for movement.

I have some sort of restless leg syndrome or something at night and before bed I usually have to stretch my legs a LOT or I can’t sleep because they’re uncomfortably tight. Since getting the gym and using it for most of the day, I only have to stretch a little bit now (and I attribute this mostly to sitting in the evenings after work).

That’s another thing, I can stand a lot longer using it because of the movement and I don’t get stiff or anything.

All in all it’s been amazing, no complaints.

This is just lots of fun to stand/walk/dance on, I get a lot more movement into my days with my Gymba board!

Gymba board was purchased for my work place. I am using an elevated desk. Before I purchased, one of my co-workers had one, so I tried it out. First impressions: I was able to balance and type on my keyboard at the same time. Mouse was the same. I say this because all the others that I tried made it difficult to balance and type because you had to set your hands on the keyboard to stop moving. I felt this defeated its purpose. I did not want to lose efficiency. the Gymba balance was easy to stabilize and type efficiently. My 16 button Mouse was the same. Excellent product I highly recommend. My other co-workers are buying one also.

It works just as described. I don’t use the foot massage balls much, though. I’m more awake during work and more engaged during meetings. My back also gets relief now that I can stand up and keep my legs moving while working at my desk.

lightweight; very fun to use while working from home

This is perfect for my sit-stand desk setup. Helps me stay active while I’m standing at my desk. I used to get lower back pain when standing motionless. This seems to have alleviated that.

I really like this over other balance boards because no matter how you shift your weight or move your feet, you're always stable. Other balance boards you constantly have to fight a bit to stay level so I've found I can stay on the Gymba a lot longer and get the positive effects of activating muscles while standing without feeling like I need to keep the board balanced. Love it!

I actually like it! I wasn't sure it would be worth the price, but it's certainly a game changer. I love being able to do the walking/stepping motion allowed by the slight bending of the board. The board feels firm and strong (I was worried that the bending would mean that the board is not very strong, but that doesn't seem to be the case).
