Deceiving 30-day return policy

The board is okay,it tends to move forward the more you use it so you have to keep adjusting it away from the desk. The company says there's free shipping and returns but if you dig into the details you can only return it if it's new and unused which is stupid. That's a pretty shady practice so for that alone I'd avoid ordering from this company.

To confirm, our 30-day return policy allows customers to test the product, and if they are not satisfied for any reason, they are entitled to return it free of charge. The policy simply intends to specify that free returns do not apply if the product has been damaged. Customers are expected to handle the product with care, meaning it must not be broken, excessively worn, or soiled in a way that goes beyond normal testing.
