First, I’d like to clarify that we do have a refund policy in place. As stated on the product page, customers are entitled to try the product for 30 days, and if not satisfied, they can return it free of charge for a full refund. More detailed instructions can be found in our Refund Policy, accessible through the menu in the banner at the bottom of the page.
Regarding your concern about the carpet fraying at the edges after a few days of use, this is the first time we have received such feedback. If the product is faulty, we are happy to replace it. We kindly ask you to email us with photos of the product so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
As for the Massage Balls, they are intentionally designed to be loose, allowing users to reposition them as needed.
Additionally, the Gymba® Board has undergone rigorous testing in Finland to determine its weight capacity. The results confirmed that it can withstand up to 300 kg (660 lbs) before cracking.
